Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour – 450 g;
- Butter – 200 g;
- Sour cream – 150 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Yolks – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Vanillin – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Protein – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 180 g.
Preparation of cookies “Shells”:
Cold butter rubbed into flour, mix and grind into crumbs. Add sour cream, sugar, salt and vanillin to the yolks, mix thoroughly.
Pour the leavening agent to the cream crumbs, mix. Pour the yolks mixed with sour cream into the crumb, knead the dough with a spoon
