- cream 10% – 300 ml;
- raisins – 50 g;
- butter – 120 g;
- dried cranberries – 50 g;
- sugar – 400 g;
- walnuts – 50 g;
- white chocolate – 55 g;
- almonds – 50 g.
Preparation of sherbet:
In a saucepan, mix the cream, granulated sugar and butter. On medium heat, cook the mixture until it boils. Then we turn down the heat, cook the mass for 30 minutes.
After finishing the jam, you need to move the mass and let it cool to room temperature. At this time, you can finely chop the chocolate. Integrate milk chocolate into the mass, whip with a mixer for 15 minutes.
Raisins are well washed, finely chop almonds and walnuts.
Pour the nuts, cranberries and raisins into the mixture, transfer to a mold covered with parchment.
