Ingredients:
- Flour – 350 g;
- Butter – 120 g;
- Sour cream – 100 g;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch;

Preparation of cookies with jam:
Flour grind with cold butter into crumbs. To the sour cream pour sugar, baking powder, salt, beaten egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture to the cream crumbs and knead the dough

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll them out into rectangular sheets 3-4 mm thick.
Divide the sheets into small squares, in which we put the filling in the form of jam.
Pinch the opposite ends of the dough, enclosing the filling inside.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
