Salads are an essential part of a complete diet. The more recipes we know, the more often we want to make a tasty treat. In this recipe, we decided to use crunchy, juicy cabbage and two types of cheese: semi-hard and processed. The dish consists of just 4 simple products that can be found in the nearest store.
It’s a quick solution for a tasty snack if you don’t feel like pre-boiling anything. Save it so you don’t lose it.
Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage – 150 g;
- Semi-hard cheese – 50 g;
- Melted cheese – pcs;
- Canned corn – ½ can;
- Dill, parsley;
- Mayonnaise – 1.5 tbsp;
- Salt, pepper.
Preparation of the salad:
Shinkuem peking cabbage with a knife. You can also replace this ingredient with iceberg lettuce. Transfer the cut into a deep container.
Finely chop the greens: dill and parsley. You can also add green onions. Put them in a bowl with the cabbage. Grate
the frozen processed cheese on a coarse grater. Dice the semi-hard cheese. Add these ingredients to the salad. Here we also pour half of a large can of canned corn. Pepper and salt to taste.
Dress with mayonnaise.
You can also use sour cream or yogurt instead. Mix thoroughly and serve. Bon appetit!
