Ingredients for the dough:
- kefir – 400 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- baking soda – 1 tsp;
- flour – 500 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- green onions – a bunch;
- boiled eggs – 6 pcs;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of flatbreads on kefir:
In a bowl with kefir pour salt and sugar, pour vegetable oil and mix. Pour baking soda and flour, knead a soft elastic dough.
