Casserole with vegetables and minced meat is one of the most versatile and delicious dishes of home cooking. Depending on the season, you can add different vegetables: potatoes, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, broccoli and many others. This allows you not only to diversify the flavor, but also enrich the dish with vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 500 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1 pc;
- minced meat – 300 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- tomato sauce – 3 tbsp;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- semolina – 2 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of casserole with vegetables and meat:
Chop finely onion, rub carrots on a coarse grater, in a frying pan in vegetable oil fry vegetables until soft. Shinkuem finely cabbage, add it to the onions and carrots.
