Ingredients for potato tortillas:
- Whey – 500 ml;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Yeast – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- Flour – 780 g.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Boiled potatoes – 1 kg;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 10 g;
- Boiled potato water – 100 ml;
- Sesame seeds.
Preparation of potato cakes:
Pour salt and yeast into the warm whey, mix and then pour in vegetable oil. Pour the flour into the whey in batches and knead a soft and elastic dough
