- milk – liter;
- butter – 50 g;
- cottage cheese – 500 g;
- soda – tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – tsp.
Preparation of cheese:
Milk is required to bring to a boil in a thick-bottomed pan. To the hot milk add cottage cheese, cook the mixture for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Through a sieve get rid of excess liquid from the curd mass, leave to cool for half an hour. In the ready curd mass integrate warm butter, egg, baking soda and salt.
After mixing all the ingredients, melt them on a water bath, stir for 8 minutes.
The resulting thick mass is transferred to the mold, close tightly with a lid.
We take the cheese blank into the refrigerator for 3 hours until completely solidified.
