Coming home after a long day’s work, often staying without lunch, it is difficult to satiate yourself with just a lean salad. In this case, it is better to resort to another method. For example, eat not a lean salad, but a hearty one. Let’s talk about the preparation of a hearty salad.
Ingredients for the salad:
- White boiled beans – 300 g;
- Eggs – 5 pcs;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Potatoes – 1 pc;
- Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs;
- Dill – a few sprigs.
Ingredients for sauce:
- Mayonnaise 28% – 160 g;
- Sour cream 20% – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, boil hard-boiled eggs. Peel potatoes and eggs, cool down.
Do not cook carrots for a long time, they should be slightly crispy.
Instead of pickled cucumbers you can use pickled

Cut potatoes, carrots, eggs and cucumbers into small cubes
