You can eat not only fresh corn but also canned corn
Let’s make a simple summer salad with corn and other vegetables
Ingredients:
- fresh cucumbers – 4 pcs;
- canned sardines, tuna – 200 g;
- canned corn – 200 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- mayonnaise;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
Preparation of vegetable salad:
Cut cucumbers into small pieces. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop finely. Mix cucumbers and eggs in a salad bowl.
Add canned corn to the salad. Drain excess liquid from canned fish, put it in the salad. In advance you can mash it with a fork, if the pieces are large.
Shred green onions, add to the salad, salt. Fill the dish with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
If desired in the recipe you can replace mayonnaise with sour cream. You get a tasty salad literally in 5 minutes.
