An appetizer for a festive table is a very responsible part for cooks. The fact is that it is the appetizers that determine the tone of the celebration. Without an abundance of appetizers, you can’t continue to celebrate. Most people are used to snacking on alcoholic beverages with appetizers. This is especially true of high-grade alcohol.
Someone thinks that the minimum number of tartlets will be enough. But, as practice shows, this is an erroneous opinion. It is not necessary to dwell on complex recipes for appetizers. It will be quite acceptable to make simple appetizers. Approach this cooking process from the side of experimentation. You can make budget and quick rolls from puff pastry. Moreover, such rolls will not be typical tartlets and sandwiches.
Ingredients for puff pastry appetizer:
- puff pastry – 600 g;
- cheese cream – 200 g;
- garlic – 15 g;
- feta cheese – 80 g;
- cheese – 200 g
- parsley – 15 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vinegar – 10 ml;
- chili sauce – 10 g;
- ketchup – 10 g;
- salt – 8 g;
- black pepper – 4 g;
- vegetable oil – 150 ml.
Preparation of puff pastry appetizer:
Roll out a layer of puff pastry on parchment on a baking tray. Grate garlic into the cheese cream, mix the ingredients and
spread the cream over the surface of the pastry.
Knead the feta cheese with a fork until it becomes a mush

Pour the feta cheese over the surface of the pastry. Grate 100 grams of regular cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the surface of the dough.
Chop parsley, sprinkle it on the surface of the cheeses, wrap the dough into a roll.
Cut off the uneven edges of the roll, divide it into portioned pieces 2-3 cm thick.
Place the rolls at a distance from each other on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Beat an egg in a separate bowl, rub the rest of the cheese. Brush
each roll with egg mixture, form cheese caps on the tops
.
Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
At this time make sauce – in a deep bowl mix egg with vinegar and chili sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper and vegetable oil. Beat the ingredients with an immersion blender until sauce.
Serve the finished rolls together with this sauce. It turns out to be an excellent atypical appetizer for the table.
