Ingredients for apple pie:

  • apples – kg;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • sugar – 250 g;
  • leavening agent – 10 g;
  • semolina – 200 g;
  • vanillin – a pinch;
  • flour – 170 g.

Preparation of apple pie:

Combine in one bowl flour with baking powder, sugar, semolina and vanilla, mix. Grind apples with a coarse grater without removing the peel.

Grease a baking dish with butter – bottom and walls. Divide the dry dough into 4 equal parts. Pour the first part of the dry dough on the bottom of the mold.
