Ingredients for vegetable appetizer:
- cucumbers – 650 g;
- tomatoes – 650 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- parsley – a bunch;
- olive oil – 4 tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- apple cider vinegar – 20 ml.
Preparation of vegetable appetizer:
Remove the stalks from the cucumbers and tomatoes. Cucumbers cut into large pieces, and the tomato is divided into two parts. Combine tomatoes and cucumbers in a deep bowl. Chop
