Today we can safely say that the birthplace of corn is the state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. There the plant was also domesticated. The inhabitants were engaged not only in harvesting, but also in growing corn. Earlier the cobs were about 5 cm, but breeders diligently improved the breed. Now we can see the cobs many times larger.
Corn quickly gained popularity because of the ease of cultivation, as well as the nutrition and nourishment of the grains.
We will prepare a salad with canned corn, cheese and eggs

Ingredients for the salad:
- Canned corn – 300 g;
- Eggs – 3 pieces;
- Cheese – 200 g;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Three chicken eggs are placed in a container and pour water. Cook hard-boiled, enough 8-10 minutes after boiling. Rinse under cold water and leave to cool. Peel off the shell, and then grate on a coarse grater.
Hard cheese is also grated on a coarse grater. In a deep bowl, combine the grated cheese with the prepared eggs. Then add canned corn.
Fill the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon. At the end you can decorate the salad with greens. In our case – parsley.
So we got a quick and delicious salad, which combines inexpensive products. This option will be a great addition to your holiday table.
