Ingredients for potato casserole:
- onion – pcs;
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- 10% cream – 200 ml;
- turmeric – tsp;
- Provencal herbs – tsp;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- parsley – bundle.
Preparation of potato casserole:
Cut onions into rings, knead them slightly and lay them on a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin plates, put them overlapping on the onion pillow, salt them.
