How to properly cook pollock to make it tasty?
Ingredients for fried pollock:
- Fresh-frozen pollock – kg;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Garlic – clove;
- Salt – tsp;
- Coriander – ⅓ tsp;
- Paprika – ½ tsp;
- Green onions – 50 g;
- Flour – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of fried pollock:
Boil pollock in salted water, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then boiled fish is separated from the bones in small pieces, fillets are combined with sour cream, egg and mayonnaise.
