Mint is a fish that is available to everyone. However, few people know how to properly cook this fish product. Many have not even tried it as a main dish for dinner or lunch.
It is worth including pollock in the diet, as this fish is able to saturate the body with important omega 3 and omega 6 acids. In addition, pollock has many minerals that are necessary during cold weather,

Ingredients for fried pollock:
- Fresh-frozen pollock – kg;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Garlic – clove;
- Salt – tsp;
- Coriander – ⅓ tsp;
- Paprika – ½ tsp;
- Green onions – 50 g;
- Flour – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of fried pollock:
Boil pollock until boiling, and then cook for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the bones, gills and other waste from the fish. Finely chop the resulting fillet with a knife.
Add sour cream, eggs, mayonnaise to the fish meat. Finely rub a clove of garlic into the fish mixture.
To the mixture, add coriander, salt and chopped green onions.
Mix all the components well. In a bowl to the resulting mixture pour flour and again thoroughly mix the ingredients.
On a heated frying pan with vegetable oil lay out a tablespoon of minced fish.
Fry pollock cutlets on both sides on medium heat until golden crust.
