.Ingredients
:
- chicken stomachs – 1 kg;
- baking soda – 1 tbsp;
- onions – ½ kg;
- vegetable oil – 100 g;
- flour – 2 tsp;
- pureed tomatoes – 400 g;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- red hot pepper – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- boiling water – 300 ml;
- cilantro – bundle.
Preparation of chicken stomachs:
Fill washed chicken ventricles with water, pour baking soda and leave for 2 hours. Then rinse the ventricles again and boil until ready.
After cooking the subproduct put it in a separate bowl. Cut onions into feathers and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Chop
the stomachs each into several small pieces. In the frying pan with fried onions, make a cavity and pour flour into it.
Lightly fry the flour in the cavity and then mix it with the onions. Add grated tomatoes, paprika, red hot pepper and black pepper to the mixture.
