Ingredients for apple cookies:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- butter – 100 g;
- flour – 350 g;
- leavening agent – 16 g;
- apples – 2 pcs;
- powdered sugar – to taste;
- cinnamon – to taste.
Preparation of apple cookies:
In a bowl break the eggs and beat with a mixer until homogeneous. Pour sugar into the egg
mixture
, continue to beat with a mixer until the grains of sand are dissolved. Pour
soft butter into the mixture, beat. Gradually sift flour into the obtained homogeneous mass, beat with a mixer until the dough is lump-free.
Do not forget to pour the leavening agent into the mixture together with the flour. Peel apples from peel and seed pods, cut into small pieces. Add the apple slices to the dough, stir.
Cover a baking tray with parchment, spoon portions of dough onto the surface.
