Quite a lot of information is known about the preparation of apple pies. Every country has its own traditional apple pie recipe. The

fact is that apples are grown almost all over Europe and America. Therefore, apples are the most obvious fruit to use in baking. For example, we know the famous American apple pie, charlotte from France and caramel apple pie from England.

In our country, too, there are many recipes for apple pies. Let’s tell about one of such pies.

Ingredients for apple pie:

  • apples – 900 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • sugar – 70 g;
  • milk – 100 g;
  • flour – 70 g;
  • vanillin – on the tip of a knife;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • butter – 20 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • lemon – ⅓ pcs.

Preparation of apple pie:

Peel apples from the peel and core, cut into thin slices. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent the flesh from darkening.
