Ingredients for buns with raisins:

  • Milk – 400 ml;
  • Dry yeast – 8 g;
  • Sugar – 150 g;
  • Vanilla sugar – 3 g;
  • Flour – 700 g;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
  • Butter – 80 g;
  • Raisins – 260 g.

Preparation of buns with raisins:

Pour yeast, sugar and vanilla sugar into warm milk, stir. Leave the opara under the lid for 15 minutes.

Next, break eggs into the opara, salt, beat in the yeast. Sift the flour into the mixture in batches, knead the dough. Add soft butter to the dough, knead with your hands on the table for 7-8 minutes, on a table sprinkled with flour

After kneading, pour vegetable oil into the dough, gather it into a ball. Leave the dough for 1.5 hours in the heat under a lid, kneading every 30 minutes.

Soak the raisins and then dry them. When the dough is kneaded for the last time, pour the raisins into it and leave it under the lid again.

Knead the dough again and divide it into rolls of 100 grams each. Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking tray and let them proof for 40 minutes.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
