. The preparation of thick soup on fish broth is traditional. But, the further the soup began to spread across the country, the more variants of preparation became known. For example, people began to cook solyanka with meat and chicken broths, which also turned out delicious.

Ingredients for solyanka:

  • Onions – 4 pcs;

  • Olives – 100 g;

  • Salt;
  • Water – 4 liters.

Preparation of the hodgepodge:
