Ingredients for pickled tomatoes:
- tomatoes – how many will fit into a jar 1 liter;
- garlic – 1 clove in a jar;
- mustard seeds – 1 tsp. with a slide in the jar;

- black pepper peas – 6 pcs. in a jar;
- allspice peas – 2 pcs. in a jar;
- bay leaf – 1 pcs. per jar;
- dill umbrella – 1 tbsp. in a jar;
Ingredients for 1 liter of marinade:
- water – 1 liter;
- salt – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 8 tbsp;
- 70% vinegar – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of pickled tomatoes:
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly. In a jar put garlic clove, mustard seeds, coriander, black pepper, peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf and dill.
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, put them in a jar. Pour into the jar with tomatoes steep boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 20 minutes. Pour
