Pies are not only a hearty type of baked goods filled with potatoes or meat. Pies can be a dessert, and a very unusual one at that. It is important to be able to properly serve baked goods in the form of a pie, then it will become an irreplaceable part of the tea party. The
first sweet pies began to cook with apples, as this fruit was widespread throughout Europe. Later, people began to cook pies with berries. There were sweet pies, which quite got along on the table with hearty meat.

Let’s tell you how to make a sponge cake with stuffing.
Ingredients for sponge cake:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- leavening agent – ½ tsp;
- peaches – 200 g;
- cottage cheese – 200 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- vanillin – 1.5 g;
- cream – 33% – 100 ml.
Preparation for sponge cake:
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Pour salt into the whites and beat with a mixer until white, fluffy, stable foam.
Gradually pour sugar into the whites and continue to beat with a mixer. Pour the vegetable oil into the yolks and beat too.
Mix the yolks and whites with a spatula.
Sift a few parts of the flour and baking powder into the mixture, gently knead the biscuit dough.
Place the dough in a baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Next, divide the resulting biscuit into 2 crusts.
For the filling, chop peaches finely. In a bowl mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla and cream, beat until cream.
Mix the cream with peaches, put on the surface of one of the crusts

Cover the second crust with the filling.
Sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar if desired.
