Ingredients for vitamin salad:
- boiled carrots – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- apple – pcs.;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- walnuts – 50 g;
- parsley – bundle;
- lemon – ½ pc;
- boiled beet – pcs.
Preparation of vitamin salad:
Peeled boiled carrots and beets shredded on large grater teeth. Peel the apple, remove the seed pods and cut into small cubes

Chop parsley and garlic cloves. Squeeze juice from lemon and pour over chopped apples.
In a salad bowl combine beets, carrots, apple, parsley, garlic and walnuts
