Pre-defrosted pollock fillets are dried with paper towels and put into an oiled mold.
Salt, pepper and
put
aside for the time being
.
Looking ahead, I will say that the flavor of the finished dish directly depends on the ONE INGREDIENT in the composition. Don’t deviate from the recipe and you’ll get a truly perfect result!
Grate the carrots and fry them until soft in a little vegetable oil. Let cool.
Finely chop a small bunch of herbs. I have dill.
grate cheese on a medium grater.
Break into fibers crab sticks (very unexpected, but it’s worth a try!), take a chopped garlic clove, combine everything in one bowl, put sour cream and mix. If desired, the mass can be peppered and salted
Place the mixture in an even layer on top of the fish and send the mold into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cook at a temperature of 180 °C.
Serve!
