  • butter – 30 g;
  • sour cream – 80 g;
  • boiled water – 1000 ml;

  • vegetable oil – 50 ml.

Preparation of stuffed cabbage:

Boil the washed rice until half-cooked for about 5 minutes. Dice the onion into small cubes. Put in a bowl with minced rice and onions, salt and mix.
