Stuffed peppers are a classic dish familiar to many from childhood. It is popular in various cuisines around the world due to its versatility and rich taste.
The main component of this dish is sweet peppers, which are usually stuffed with minced meat, rice, vegetables or even cereals, creating a harmonious combination of textures and flavors.

Let’s prepare stuffed peppers without roasting
Ingredients:
- bell peppers – 12 pcs;
- cabbage leaves – 10 pieces;
- minced meat – 800 g;
- lard – 150 g;
- rice – 100 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrot – 1/2 pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp;
- salt – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for gravy:
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1/2 pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- hot water – 2 liters;
- salt – 2 tsp.
Preparation of stuffed peppers:

Mix salt and tomato paste in hot water, pour it over the peppers and stuffed cabbage. On high heat bring the mixture to a boil, and then on medium heat cook for 40 minutes.
After cooking, you can sprinkle the stuffed cabbage and stuffed peppers with herbs.
