Let’s cook together potatoes stuffed with meat
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 13 pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1 pc;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- dill – a bunch;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- bay leaves – 2 leaves;
- vegetable oil;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- hot water.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- minced meat – 350 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of stuffed potatoes:
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry until soft in a skillet in vegetable oil. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, fry together with onions for 3 minutes.
Then add to the vegetables tomato paste, salt, sugar, pour a little water and stew for 5 minutes. For the stuffing, grate the onion on a coarse grater and put it to the stuffing, mix and salt.
Peel the potatoes and remove the core from them
