Preparation of pancake stuffing:
After cooking the pancakes, in a saucepan melt the butter. As soon as the butter is melted and becomes liquid, beat the eggs in a bowl.
Salt the eggs, beat until homogeneous with a fork or whisk. Pour the egg mixture into the saucepan with the butter. Stir the mixture over medium heat until slightly thickened.
