Soup with minced meat is a delicious and hearty dish that can be prepared quickly and easily. It is ideal for those who appreciate home cooking and do not want to spend a lot of time on cooking.

Ingredients:

  • Boiling water – 2 liters;
  • Stuffing – 400 g;
  • Cabbage – 400 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Carrot – 1 pc;
  • Tomato – 1 pc;
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc;
  • Butter – 40 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
  • Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
  • Laurel leaf – 1 pc.

Preparation of soup with minced meat:

Cut a small diced onion, in a saucepan in vegetable oil fry it until transparent. Shinkuem finely cabbage and in a frying pan in butter stew under a lid for 3-4 minutes.
