Ingredients for zucchini rolls:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Hard cheese – 100 g;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Flour – 250 g;
- Tomato – 1 pc.
Preparation of zucchini rolls:
Remove the zucchini from the stalks and cut lengthwise into thin plates, about 2-3 mm thick. Salt the plates and leave them for 10 minutes.
At this time grate cheese and garlic cloves. You can chop parsley and dill into the cheese mixture. Sprinkle the cheese mixture with ground black pepper, dress with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
