Ingredients for salad “Karabas-Barabas”:
- Mayonnaise;
- Smoked chicken breast – 250 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Prunes – 150 g;
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Canned olives – 14 pieces.
Preparation of salad “Karabas-Barabas”:
Cut smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Cut onions into feathers and marinate them in vinegar, pour hot water for 10 minutes.
