Let’s prepare cheese pies in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- milk – 250 ml;
- egg – 4 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 450 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- cottage cheese – 500 g.
Preparation of cheese pies:
In a bowl with milk, break an egg, pour salt and sugar, sift flour and leavening agent.
For the filling combine cottage cheese with eggs and a pinch of salt, mix. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll out into round tortillas.
Put a portion of cottage cheese in each tortilla, seal it inside.
In a frying pan in hot vegetable oil fry the patties on both sides until browned.

Such cottage cheese pies are prepared quickly and without an oven. At the same time, they turn out hearty and delicious.
