Ingredients for the dough:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Vanillin sugar – 10 g;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Apple – 500 g;
- Butter – 1 tbsp;
- Cinnamon – a pinch;
- Cornstarch – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese buns with apple:
For the dough, mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cottage cheese, vegetable oil. Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a soft and elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 10 parts, shape the rolls
