Sweet rolls have been part of human life for quite some time. Many teenagers and children are familiar with sweet rolls as a dessert that they bring to school for a tea party. This trend was relevant in the CIS countries in the 2000s.
As a rule, at the mention of sweet rolls, most people remember store-bought rolls. They are sugary sweet and dry.
It is possible to prepare a juicy and tasty roll at home. It will not be luscious, since the homemade dessert contains only natural ingredients.
Ingredients for sweet roll:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- vanillin – a pinch;
- sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
- cocoa powder – 45 g;
- milk – 300 ml;
- flour – 150 g;
- butter – 45 g;
- cream cheese – 5 tbsp;
- boiled condensed milk – 3 tbsp. tbsp;
- Oreo cookies – 10 pieces.
Ingredients for chocolate glaze:
- dark chocolate – 85 g;
- cream 33% – 100 g;
- peanuts – 60 g.
Preparation of sweet roll:
Break eggs in a bowl, pour salt, vanillin and granulated sugar.
Pour ⅓ of the milk into the mixture

Continue adding milk and flour to dough, kneading.
Melt butter, pour into liquid dough, stir. Pour a ladleful of liquid batter into a dry skillet, fry a thin chocolate pancake.
Similarly fry 5-6 pancakes. As a filling use cream cheese and boiled condensed milk, mix together. Smear
each pancake with filling, lay them overlapping each other. Crush Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs and pour them on top of the filling.
Tuck the edges of the roll so that it is more even, roll the layer into a roll, fix it with foil. Leave the roll in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
