- canned pineapples – 150 g;
- banana;
- coconut shavings.
Cake preparation:
For the biscuit, break an egg into a bowl, pour salt, vanilla and classic sugar, beat with a whisk until frothy.
Pour vegetable oil and milk into the egg mixture, stir.
Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa, sift into the egg and milk mixture, knead the dough without lumps

Grease the pan with butter, pour the dough on the bottom.
Bake the cake for 30 minutes on low heat under a lid.
To prepare the filling, pour sugar and water into a saucepan

On medium heat, wait until the sugar changes color and becomes caramel. Add butter and sour cream to the caramel, mix thoroughly

Take the cake to the refrigerator for 8 hours for soaking.
