houses.Let’s prepare homemade pizza on potatoes
Ingredients:
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Potatoes – 400 g;
- Cooked sausage – 200 g;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of potato pizza:
Shinkle finely green onions, rub on a coarse grater peeled potatoes. Grate similarly sausage, put together with onions to potatoes.
Break eggs into the mixture, salt, pour flour and mix everything thoroughly

In a skillet, melt a little butter, put in it the potato mixture.
Roast the pizza over a low-medium heat for 12-13 minutes under a lid. Then, using a flat plate, turn the pizza to the other side and fry without the lid for 12 minutes.
You can serve the pizza as a potato flatbread or add cheese, tomatoes and olives on top. It makes a good snack or dinner option for the whole family.
