Ingredients for apple cookies:
- margarine – 90 g;
- apple jelly – 300 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- flour – 380 g;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- egg – pcs;
- vinegar 9% – tbsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp.
Preparation of apple cookies:
To the softened margarine pour granulated sugar, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Break an egg into the margarine mixture, mix the components.

Part of the dough can be left until the next baking of cookies, do not spend all at once.
