Now it is used for cooking various dishes. Let’s tell you how to make rolls with bacon on a potato pillow.
Ingredients:
- pork loin – 1 kg;
- cream cheese – 200 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- parsley – a bundle;
- bacon – 10 strips;
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- turmeric – 1 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Teriyaki sauce;
- sesame seeds.
Preparation of rolls with bacon:
Cut loin steaks about 1 cm thick, cover them with food film. Beat the steaks with a hammer until they are thinner.
Salt and pepper the steaks to taste on both sides. Add garlic cloves to the cream cheese with a press, spices and chopped parsley, mix. Smear
each steak with cheese, wrap the stuffing into a roll

Wrap each roll with bacon.
Cut each peeled potato into slices, salt, sprinkle with turmeric, Italian herbs, paprika, dry garlic, pour vegetable oil and mix with hands.
