Not everyone knows how to cook delicious belyashi and chebureks. Still, proper preparation of these baked goods requires some skills and experience. Unfortunately, not everyone can quickly gain experience in cooking. Therefore, you can simplify the ways of cooking some dishes.

Ingredients of the dough for meat pies:
- Flour – 300 g;
- Salt – tsp;
- Boiling water – 200 ml;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Stuffing meat – 250 g;
- Onions – 2 pcs;
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of meat pies:
Sift flour and salt into a bowl, pour boiling water and vegetable oil, knead the dough with a spatula. When the boiling water cools down, knead the elastic lump with your hands.
Leave the dough in cellophane for 20 minutes. At this time prepare the filling – cut onions into quarter rings. Fry onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil, add minced meat to the onions
. Salt the minced meat, stew under a lid on medium heat for 15 minutes. Do not forget to add your favorite spices to the
minced meat. Shred green onions finely, add to the minced meat, mix.
Divide the dough into 10 equal rolls.
Roll out each roll into a round thin flatbread
. Put stuffing in 5 flatbreads, cover the stuffing with the remaining five. Seal the edges of both flatbreads to keep the stuffing inside.
Heat 50 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip the patties into the hot oil, fry on both sides until golden.
As a result, simple mince pies are obtained.
They slightly resemble the taste of chebureks, but they are made easier.
