Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt – 600 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- Sugar – 60 g;
- Coconut shavings – 120 g;
Ingredients for the chocolate coating:
- Sour cream – 200 g;
- Sugar – 3 tbsp;
- Cocoa – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of the dessert “Bounty”:
In Greek yogurt pour classic and vanilla sugar, as well as coconut shavings, stir. For the chocolate glaze, in a saucepan combine the sour cream and sugar and then the cocoa.
Heat the glaze mixture, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and then leave to cool. Spread
the coconut mixture into cups, and pour the glaze over the top in equal proportions for each dessert. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator until the glaze has set.
You may not put the dessert in the refrigerator, but eat it immediately. In this case the glaze will not harden, but the dessert will not become worse.
