Ingredients for baked hake:
- hake fish – 7 pcs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – tsp;
- seasoning for fish;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- dijon mustard – 2 tbsp;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- potatoes – 5 pcs;
- seasoning for vegetables;
- dried dill;
- onion – 1 pc;
- cheese – 300 g.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- sour cream – 300 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.
Cooking baked hake:
Clean the fish from the insides, remove fins, tail and head. Cut out the backbone of the fish, rinse the fillet. Rub garlic cloves to the fish, salt and sprinkle with seasoning to taste.
Put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and tomato paste to the fish, mix. Leave the fish to marinate.
At this time, peel and cut potatoes into small plates.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry potatoes, salt, sprinkle with seasoning and dry dill. Cut onions into feathers and put them into the fried potatoes in the frying pan.
