Preparation of cream cake:
In a saucepan break a couple of eggs, pour granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and starch, mix well. Pour cold milk into the mixture, mix and put the pan on medium heat.
Cook the future cream, stirring constantly, until thickened. As soon as the base for the cream thickens, reduce the heat to a minimum, cook until the first bubbles.
Transfer the base into a container, cover with foil in the contact and leave to cool. At this time it is necessary to prepare the cakes for the cake.
