Ingredients:

  • cucumbers – 500 g;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • ground black pepper – 1 pinch;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • dill – 20 g;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • apple cider vinegar 5% – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of cucumber salad:

Cut cucumbers into small bars, from one cucumber 8 bars. Put cucumbers in a bowl and salt, pepper, sprinkle with sugar.

Grate garlic cloves on a fine grater, send to the salad. Chop dill, pour it into the salad. Pour vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar into the salad, stir.
