Cabbage is one of the most popular and versatile vegetables used in the cooking of many countries around the world.
In Germany, for example, cabbage is stewed with sausages, sausages or meat. This dish is called Sauerkraut and is one of the symbols of German cuisine. Germans also make cabbage soups, salads and casseroles

Ingredients:
- Young cabbage – 350 g;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Tomato – 2 pcs;
- Suluguni cheese – 100 g;
- Milk – 150 ml;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Tomato paste – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- Italian herbs – ⅓ tsp;
- Cilantro – a bunch;
- Parsley – bundle;
- Green onions – a bunch.
Preparation of cabbage casserole:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, chop finely the onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, lightly fry onion and carrots, add tomato paste, dried garlic and Italian herbs.
Pour 50 ml of water into the onion and carrot mixture, stir. Shred cabbage finely, put it into the onion and carrot mixture, mix and stew under a lid for half an hour.
In a separate container break eggs, pour in milk. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, put it to the eggs and milk. Shinkuem green onions, cilantro and parsley, pour into the mixture, stir.
Stew cabbage under a lid for a couple more minutes. Cut tomatoes into slices. Pour the braised cabbage with a mixture of egg and milk.
On top of the cabbage mass put tomato plates, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and leave to cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
After cooking, let the dish stand for 5 minutes. You get a tender cabbage casserole from ordinary products.
