There are some people who refuse to eat pig meat. This is often for religious reasons. Also, pork as well as other types of meat are not eaten by vegetarians. However, other people are quite normal to pork. The
plus of eating this type of meat is the saturation of the body with minerals – calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and others. These minerals are essential for normalizing nerve conduction. Pig meat is involved in the formation of bones and the skeleton as a whole.
Of course, you can replace pork with other products. But, it is better still to include pig meat in the diet. Let’s tell you how to cook baked pork.
Ingredients for baked pork:
- Pork – 1 kg;
- Onions – 6 pcs;
- Water – 300 ml;
- Vinegar 9% – 40 ml;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp.
Preparation of roasted pork:
Cut the pork into small pieces. Chop the onion in a meat grinder or through a grater, put it to the meat pieces.
Pour to the onion and pork favorite spices, salt and mix the components thoroughly

Cover the mixture of onions and pork with food film and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Cut the rest of the onions into half rings. Pour water and vinegar into a bowl, pour salt and sugar, mix.
Put the onion rings into the bowl, completely immerse them in the liquid.
Marinate the onions for 10-15 minutes. Lubricate the baking mold with vegetable oil, lay out the marinated onions – drain the vinegar water in advance.
On the onion pillow put the pork, cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake also at 200 degrees for half an hour.
It is recommended to serve pork together with an onion pillow, on which it was cooked. So it turns out excellent meat, decorate it additionally with greens.
