Ingredients for the salad:
- boiled sausage – 300 g;
- pickles – 6 pcs;
- onions – pcs;
- green peas – 340 g;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- boiled potatoes – 3 pieces;
- dill – 5 sprigs;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Cut a small dice of cooked sausage and pickles, place in a salad bowl. Similarly cut onions and peeled boiled eggs.
Remove green peas from the liquid, with eggs and onions put in a salad bowl to the sausage and cucumbers. Cut finely peeled potatoes, put them with the rest of the products.
Shinkuem finely dill, add to the salad. Fill the dish with mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
