We, who love cooking, are used to perceiving beets as a food product. Beets of dark brown color are more tasty and more convenient in the cooking process. Young beets with their delicate flavor are better to eat in raw form, so the body receives more vitamins.

Ingredients for the appetizer:

  • beets – 5 pcs;
  • onion – pcs;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • soy sauce – one tbsp;
  • vegetable oil – 30-40 g;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • salt – tsp;
  • pepper.

Preparation of the appetizer:

Boiled beets are rubbed on a Korean grater. Add one tablespoon of soy sauce. Pass garlic through a press and send it to the beets.

Pour

salt, sugar, pepper to taste.

Pour 40 ml of vegetable oil into the frying pan. Put the onion cut in half rings and

fry until golden color. When ready, combine with beets.
