For a long time, archaeologists did not know how the pancake appeared in the modern kitchen. The fact is that this flat flour tortilla as if always accompanied people in culinary terms. However, it turns out that the first pancake appeared around 1005. A woman, when cooking pancakes or porridge, incorrectly calculated the proportions and overexposed the dish in the oven. The result was a pancake that her family liked,
so the recipe for making a pancake was passed on. Different ways of cooking pancakes with stuffing began to appear.
Ingredients for pancakes with onion filling:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- potatoes – pcs;
- milk – 350 ml;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- flour – 200 g;
- salt – tsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- green onion – bundle;
- dill – a bunch;
- sour cream.
Preparation of pancakes with onion filling:
Shred the zucchini and peeled potatoes on large shredding cutters. Mix both masses and squeeze out the excess juice.
In warm milk, break the eggs, beat the mixture with a whisk. Pour the flour into the milk and knead the pancake batter.
Add the vegetable mixture, salt and vegetable oil to the batter, mix.
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, pour a ladle of batter onto the surface.
Fry
the
pancake on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side

After cooking the pancakes for the filling, chop finely green onions and dill. Smear half of each pancake with sour cream, sprinkle with onion and dill.
It remains only to roll the pancakes into rolls, cut into portioned pieces.
